Thank you so much for your time to show us the Iio Jozo Brewery, rice fields, and tasting of many of your
products, some of which we do not get in San Francisco. Frank and I both enjoyed it very much, and learned
a lot about what makes Iio Jozo products so special. Your explanations were all very educational, especially
about the sweet potato vinegars and how you have complete control over every aspect of your production.
We were very impressed by the initial care to grow your rice, make your own sake, and then include such a
high percentage of rice per bottle. It is rare in today’s world that such high quality is still the intention to be
maintained and is a credit to you and your family to carry this on.
