食を生かした地域振興を行っていくという考え方に賛同しています。
最近は伺っていないのですが、宮津・天橋立周辺は四季折々の食はもちろん、住んでいる方々の温かさを感じられる大好きな場所の一つです。
５年程前、飯尾醸造さんの蔵を案内してもらい、別棟のトイレをお借りしたことも懐かしい思い出です。
これからも機会があれば、醸造元で楽しいお話を聞き、そして前回夕食で訪れたアチェートさんのお酢を使ったおいしい食事を再びいただけたらと思っています。それまでは、家族全員の健康飲料である紅芋酢を飲んで、健康確保に努めます。

I wanted to thank you and the Iio-jozo team once again for the amazing visit. I learned so much more about the rice vinegar production and the whole visit really excited and inspired me.
You have not only some amazing products but maybe even more important a company with an amazing family-like work culture which in itself reflects on the product.
I cant thank you enough for your hospitality. It was a true honor to visit you and go through this experience.
