We make soup stock from kelp and dried bonito flakes, natural ingredients of the highest quality in Japan. This soup stock combines with "Pure rice vinegar Fujisu" to create a soft taste. It can also be used as a salad dressing by adding sesame oil or soy sauce.

-Just pour it over lightly salted vegetables (cucumbers, carrots, cabbage, turnips, etc.) or seaweed. You can make delicious dishes with this vinegar very easily.
-Add oil (sesame oil, olive oil, etc.) to this vinegar to make a salad dressing. You can make a refreshing and healthy dressing by adjusting the amount of oil used.
-You can make a tasty sauce by combining Fuji Sunomono Vinegar with miso or mayonnaise. Adding sesame seeds enriches the flavor further still.

Rice vinegar (Kyoto Prefecture), white tamari (made of wheat, salt and shochu, Aichi Prefecture), hon-mirin (Gifu Prefecture), sugar (raw sugar, Kagoshima Prefecture), dried bonito flakes (Kagoshima Prefecture), kelp (Hokkaido)


Use within 1 year of the date of manufacture (Store at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening. You may notice a build-up of sediment in the bottle. This is derived from natural ingredients and does not impact the vinegar’s quality.Shake the bottle well before use.)
